1.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
    2.2 Free Shipping:
  • Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹1,000. Orders below ₹1,000 will incur standard shipping charges of ₹100.

3. Delivery Time

3.1 Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4-7 business days
    3.2 Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs clearance, or courier service issues.

4. Order Tracking

4.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
4.2 You can track your order through our Order Tracking Page or the courier service provider’s website.

5. Delivery Areas

5.1 We currently deliver to most locations across India.
5.2 If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of checkout.

6. Undelivered Packages

6.1 If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, it will be returned to us.
6.2 Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to reattempt delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

7.1 If you receive a damaged package or find any items missing, please contact us at pikatee03@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2 Provide clear photos of the damaged package or items to help us resolve the issue promptly.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

8.1 For COD orders, ensure the recipient is available with the exact amount at the time of delivery.
8.2 A partial amount may be required upfront for COD orders.
