Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items damaged or altered by the customer will not be eligible for return.
- Final sale items, customized products, or gift cards cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support at pikatee03@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
- Shipping: Return shipping is free. However, a restocking fee of ₹80 will be deducted from your refund for each returned item, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
