Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  2. Items damaged or altered by the customer will not be eligible for return.
  3. Final sale items, customized products, or gift cards cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support at pikatee03@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping is free. However, a restocking fee of ₹80 will be deducted from your refund for each returned item, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  1. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  2. Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  3. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items
